Front Desk Co Ordinator or Senior Receptionist Opportunity

CP Dental Emerald is a modern, purpose-built dental practice located at 3 Egerton Street, right in the heart of Emerald. With several fully equipped treatment rooms and a warm, community-focused team, we provide general and specialised dental care to patients across Emerald and the surrounding region. What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
n
Managing appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
n
Answering phone and email enquiries
n
Processing payments, including EFTPOS and HICAPS health fund claims
n
Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative systems
n
Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running on schedule
n
Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
n
Managing daily account reconciliation and banking
n
Assisting with staff rosters and scheduling
n




Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of current team members
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (dental or medical experience highly regarded but not essential)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Comfortable using computer-based booking and administration systems
n
Experience with account reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks
n
Prior exposure to staff rostering and/or recruitment processes is an advantage
n
A friendly, calm, and professional manner, even during busy periods
n
Ability to work well within a team environment
n
Reliable, punctual, and personable
n
