We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our fast-paced team in Kotara, NSW on a full-time basis.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness and service.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard
n
Assist with menu development and daily specials
n
Manage stock, ordering, portion control and food waste
n
Supervise and support kitchen staff
n
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
n
Ensure smooth and productive kitchen operations
n




Work closely with the wider team to deliver great customer experiences
n
n
About You
n
n
Experienced Chef or Senior Cook, ideally with 5+ years' experience
n
Strong cooking and food preparation skills
n
Confident working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
n
Good leadership and organisational skills
n
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
n
Reliable, hands-on and a strong team player
n
Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
n
