Work & Training is seeking a passionate and suitably qualified Trainer & Assessor – Early Childhood Education and Care to join our growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO ****) based in Moonah.

This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality training and assessment services to both existing workers and job seekers looking to build meaningful careers in the Early Childhood Education and care Sector.

Qualifications Delivered
n
The successful applicant will deliver and assess the following nationally recognised qualifications:
n

CHC***** Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
n
Hours:Full time or Part-time (negotiable)

Essential Requirements:
n
n
Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****, TAE*****, TAE***** or its successor),



or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult or vocational education and training
n
n
(The successful incumbent is to hold qualifications that meet the training and assessment credentials as specified in Item 1A of the Credential Policy of the Standards for RTOs ****).
n
n
A sound knowledge of the requirements of the Standards for RTOs ****.
n
Extensive and current industry experience and relevant vocational competencies are essential.
n
It is a requirement of the position to undertake an Australian Federal Police (AFP) National Police Check prior to appointment.
n
A Current Employment Based Working with Vulnerable People licence also required.
n
Current driver's licence.
n
n

Well-developed skills in Microsoft office programs.
n
Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as a member of a team.
