Our client is seeking a Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join their cooperative team of 14 multidisciplinary staff at theirclinic based near Mango Hill. Balanced Billable Expectations 27 billable hours/week including therapy, reports, emails, longer calls, and travel. Targets are reduced for supervision duties. Bonus paid weekly at time-and-a-halfif you go over your target.

Salary: $110,000-$150,000 + Super depending on experience
n
Reimbursed Travel: Mileage paid weekly for any community work 99c per km.
n
Ongoing Development: $2,000 annual PD allowance (pro rata), 3 paid PD days, and optional external monthly supervision

Requirements

Leadership experience required
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
AHPRA registration
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
