About the Gladstone Goodstart Region

The Gladstone Community Directory connects people across the industrial port city of Gladstone and its surrounding communities. Situated on Queensland's central coast, the region is a hub for alumina refining, LNG export, power generation, fishing and recreational boating.

What we're looking for
n
n
Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
n
Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or early learning environment
n




Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
n
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
n
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamCurrent QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain one
n
