About The Role

We're now looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Scoresby team and play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly.
n In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our Heidelberg presses and die-cutting equipment, ensuring reliability, performance, and minimal downtime in a fast-paced production setting.
n
Your duties
n
n
Perform preventive maintenance on machines for printing industry.
n
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
n
Facilities management.
n
Ensure print quality by checking alignment, tension, and registration.
n
Maintain spare parts inventory and minimise downtime.
n
Log maintenance activities and recommend continuous improvements.
n
Work closely with production teams to resolve issues quickly.
n
n
About You
n
n
3–5+ years' experience in printing press maintenance (Heidelberg or similar preferred).
n




Experience with equipment for printing industry.
n
Strong mechanical knowledge (gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics).
n
Electrical understanding (motors, sensors, control panels, PLCs).
n
Knowledge of print processes and quality standards.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Safety-focused with a proactive, hands-on approach.
n
