Some of your duties will include:
n
n
Plan and schedule daily workshop jobs and maintenance activities.
n
Coordinate labour, parts, and equipment to meet deadlines
n
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as required
n
Liaise with supervisors, tradespeople, and stakeholders
n
Maintain accurate job and scheduling records
n
Proactively identify and resolve workflow issues
n
n
What skills and experience do you need?
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experiencein a similar scheduling or coordination role
n
Mechanical trade certificate preferred
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
n
