Job Description
The Role
n
We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Digital Content Coordinator to help support Morningstar's digital publishing and content delivery activities.
n
In this role, you'll work with teams across Editorial, Investment Research, Marketing, Wealth Management and Product to help ensure content is planned, scheduled and published smoothly across our digital channels.
n
This is not a content writing role. Instead, you'll focus on coordinating publishing activities, managing schedules, supporting workflows and helping teams deliver great digital content experiences for our audiences.
n
You'll be someone who enjoys staying organised, working with different people and keeping projects moving. You'll have strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in digital publishing, content operations, project coordination or marketing operations. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of teams while helping Morningstar deliver trusted investment insights and content to investors and financial advisers.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Publishing
n
Help manage and update the content publishing calendar.
n
Coordinate the scheduling and publishing of articles, research reports, webinars and podcasts.
n
Ensure content is published accurately and on time across digital channels.
n
Track deadlines and help keep publishing projects on schedule.
n
Flag any issues that could impact delivery timelines.
n
Working with Teams
n
Collaborate with teams across Editorial, Research, Marketing, Wealth Management and Product.
n
Support the coordination of content and publishing activities.
n
Help organise planning meetings and follow up on actions.
n
Keep stakeholders updated on publishing timelines and progress.
n
Build positive working relationships across the business.
n
Process & Workflow Support
n
Support publishing processes and day-to-day workflows.
n
Help manage content reviews and approvals.
n
Maintain publishing templates, guides and documentation.
n
Assist with improvements to publishing tools and processes.
n
Contribute to delivering a consistent, high-quality publishing experience.
n
Continuous Improvement
n
Look for ways to improve efficiency and simplify processes.
n
Share ideas and feedback to enhance publishing workflows.
n
Support the rollout of recent tools and ways of working.
n
Help create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
n

About You
n
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You may have experience in content coordination, marketing, publishing, project administration, communications or another role where organisation and stakeholder coordination were key.
n
You'll bring:

Strong organisational and time management skills.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
High attention to detail.
n
A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
n
Confidence working with different stakeholders and teams.
n
Some experience using content management systems (CMS), marketing platforms or project management tools would be beneficial but is not required.
n
Experience in publishing, media, marketing or financial services is helpful but not essential.
n
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
