We're looking for a Bike Sales Consultant to join a passionate West Perth team. You'll help customers find a bike that genuinely fits their lifestyle, commute, family, adventures or everyday needs, whether they're looking to buy, lease or rent.
n
You don't need to know everything about bikes from day one. Curiosity, great people skills and a willingness to learn are what matter.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the person customers turn to when they're thinking, "Which bike is actually right for me?"
n
n
Understand customer needs and recommend the right bike
n
Guide customers through buying, rental and leasing options
n
Arrange test rides and explain financial options clearly
n
Build genuine relationships, manage follow-ups and customer enquiries
n
Maintain accurate documentation and customer information across various systems
n
Stay across products, competitors and market trends,



while supporting events and working closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience
n
