Contract opportunities to work for Tier 2 / Tier 1 builders in the Sydney market. Builders we have partnerships with work across multiple sectors from fitout/refurb to High-Rise residential, retail, and industrial to commercial, sport/recreation, and health projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
n
The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
n
The liaison between the client and sub-contractor
n
Assisting in the development of the project instructions
n
Maintaining communication with superiors and subcontractors
n
n
KEY REQUIREMENTS
n
n
A trade carpenter or tertiary qualification in construction
n
Proven track record working with a reputable contractor
n
Previous history working on commercial current build projects
n
Relevant OH&S; and IR knowledge
n
Solid organisation and communication skills
n
Proven experience as a Foreman - Contactable references
n
