This program is a 24/7 program with a variety of shiftsavailable throughout the week. Please indicate your availability in your application. Currently available shifts include:

Sundays fortnightly 7am-3pm
n
Tuesdays weekly 7am-3pm
n
Tuesdays fortnightly 7pm-11pm + sleepover 11pm-7am
n
Fridays weekly 3pm-11pm

About role
n
An prospect to make a real difference in the community.
n We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Wentworthville area to support a 46-year-old female to live independently within her own home after sustaining a Traumatic Brain Injury in early ****.
n
Domestic assistance
n




Personal care assistance - Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing.
n
Medication prompting where required
n
Preparing meals
n
Reporting and documentation
n
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
