The position
n
Redox is seeking a Transport Support Officer to join the logistics team in Laverton North. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Victorian division in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.
n

Organising & writing consignment notes
n
Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
n
Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
n
Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
n
Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
n
Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
n
Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP's)
n
Responding to internal sales/marketing queries and requests
n
General Administrative duties and customer service
n
n
About you
n




You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, high attention to detail and the ability to remain on task in a busy transport office.
n
n
Previous experience in a similar role
n
Reliable and able to commit to work 5 days a week between the hours of 6am-2pm and 8am-4pm.
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
Ability to liaiseand collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
n
Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
n
Reliable with exceptional time management skills
n
Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
n
Seeking to establish a career in warehousing, transport and logistics
n
