This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Consultant to work closely with customers, delivering impactful solutions that extend and enhance our ERP platform, specifically focused on our P&R; solution.

What you'll be doing...
n
In this role, you'll work alongside customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across the AMS lifecycle:
n

Partner with customers to implement, configure, and enhance TechnologyOne's SaaS ERP solutions
n
Support delivery across the project lifecycle, including design validation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
n
Provide hands‐on guidance, coaching, and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and outcomes
n
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues, escalating where required
n
Apply TechnologyOne implementation methodologies to deliver consistent, high‐quality results
n




Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support ongoing engagement and success
n
Contribute feedback to Consulting Enablement teams to continuously improve products, tools, and delivery approaches
n

Your Talents...
n
n
Experience in a Business Consultant or Consultant role, within ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
n
Demonstrated experience using or implementing TechnologyOne Property & Rating (P&R;), or a comparable local government property, rates and revenue management system
n
Exposure to technical consulting capabilities such as analysis and design, Business Process Automation, Workflow and Forms, reporting, integrations, ETL, web services, dashboards, and data visualisation
n
Ability to translate customer requirements into practical system solutions
n
Strong customer focus, with the ability to guide and support customers through their journey
n
Confident communicator, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders
n
