About Us

Brewnity is an independent company with its own cafe distillery & brewery based at Artarmon, operating as Depot Brewery alongside Buckle Cafe Distillery. We brew our own beer and distill our own vodka on-site, and run a busy café, taproom and events space across Depot and Buckle that hosts everything from Friday night crowds to private functions, corporate bookings, wedding receptions, and brewery/distillery tours. We're growing fast and looking for someone to help us make every event at Depot and Buckle unforgettable.

About the Role
n
We're looking for a Functions & Events Coordinator to assist the end-to-end booking and delivery of functions and events across Depot Brewery and Buckle Cafe Distillery. This is a casual role to start, with a clear path to full-time as our events calendar grows. You'll be an important point of contact for anyone wanting to host a function at Depot or Buckle, and your colleagues as the person making sure it runs smoothly on the day.

What You'll Do
n
n
Assist enquiries and bookings for private functions, corporate events,



brewery and distillery tours and tastings, from first contact through to confirmation
n
Prepare quotes, run sheets and event packages tailored to each client
n
Coordinate with our bar, kitchen, brewery and distillery teams to make sure every event is resourced and delivered properly
n
Be on-site to oversee functions and events, including some evenings and weekends, as well as the occasional off-site event
n
Build relationships with repeat corporate clients and local businesses
n
Help develop and promote our functions offering, including packages and social content
n
Keep the events calendar and booking system up to date and organised
n

About You
n
n
Experience in hospitality, events or functions coordination
n
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
n
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple bookings at once
n
Comfortable working some evenings and weekends around events
n
A team player who's happy to jump in wherever needed in a small, hands-on business
n
A love of craft beer, vodka and hospitality is a big plus
n
