Heartland Motors Castle Hill is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Consultant to join our Kia team.
n
This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to step up, take on greater responsibility and make a real impact - or for a high-performing Sales Consultant looking to take the next step in their career.

We're looking for someone who is driven, confident and ready to lead from the front.

You'll ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales
n
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
n
Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills
n
Experience managing internet leads and digital enquiries
n
The confidence to lead, motivate and support a busy sales team
n
Strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset
n
The initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems
n
A professional, energetic approach and a genuine passion for cars
n




Previous management or 2IC experience will be highly regarded
n
n
What you'll be doing
n
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play an important role in driving the performance of the Kia sales team.
n
You'll help:
n
n
Drive sales performance and achieve dealership targets
n
Coach, motivate and support Sales Consultants
n
Lead by example on the showroom floor
n
Maximise enquiries, appointments and vehicle sales
n
Ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery
n
Monitor and follow up internet and showroom leads
n
Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and results
n
Help create a positive, high-energy sales environment
n
