Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Summary:

You'll work across a modern medical centre in Dee Why and our own multidisciplinary clinic in Neutral Bay, treating a diverse caseload while being supported by a collaborative team and a structured mentoring pathway.

Responsibilities:
n
Provide high-quality,
evidence-based physiotherapy to a diverse client base, including patients under Medicare Care Plans, WorkCover, post-op care, and private billing.
n
Deliver personalised physiotherapy sessions in clients' homes under Home Care Packages and NDIS, focusing on improving functional abilities, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.
n
Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, allied health professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
n
Engage in hands-on therapeutic intervention, movement and exercise prescription, and patient education.
n
Provide guidance to clients and caregivers on pain management strategies and fall prevention.
n
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
n
Requirements:
n
Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
n
Current AHPRA registration.
n
Experienced clinicians and new graduates both welcome — a mentoring program is available to support your development.
n
Sound knowledge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
n
Connect Therapy (Thoracic Ring Approach) knowledge preferred but not essential.
n
Robust interpersonal and communication skills with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
n
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
n
Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centred approach to care.
n
Proficiency with Best Practice Software and Nookal preferred.
