Siemens Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Partner Manager to join our Electrification & Automation (EA) Business Unit.
n
This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to make your mark and play a key role in shaping how Siemens works with its partner network across Australia and New Zealand. You'll join a high-performing, team-oriented and supportive team where your ideas, relationships and commercial expertise can directly influence business growth.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Products and Channel Partners Segment Manager, you'll take the lead in growing Siemens' Electrification & Automation portfolio through our partner network across Australia and New Zealand.
n
As this is a newly created role, you'll have a genuine opportunity to shape how we work with our partners and build a strategy that delivers long-term growth. You'll be trusted to bring your own ideas, build strong relationships and find new ways to help our partners succeed.
n
You'll work closely with a talented team across sales, product, marketing and technical functions. Together, you'll help our partners expand their customer reach and bring Siemens' market-leading solutions to more businesses.
n

while also having the flexibility and autonomy to make the role your own.

What You'll Do
n
n
Develop and execute the regional partner strategy, aligned with Siemens EA growth priorities and key market opportunities.
n
Build strong, long-term relationships with our channel partners and help them identify new opportunities to grow their business with Siemens.
n
Create partner development plans that translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
n
Grow the sales pipeline by working closely with partners to identify, develop and convert new opportunities.
n
Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen Siemens' market presence across Australia and New Zealand.
n
Take ownership of strategic partner relationships and provide support when challenges or escalations arise.
n
Strengthen partner capability through targeted training and development programs.
n
Work alongside partners to increase their knowledge and confidence in the Siemens portfolio.
n
Bring partners and Siemens teams together to develop joint go-to-market opportunities and generate demand.
n
Improve the way we work with partners by leveraging digital tools, systems and processes.
n
Partner closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customers receive the right solutions and support.
n
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, engagement and profitability.
n

About You
n
You're a relationship-focused and commercially astute professional who enjoys building partnerships, identifying opportunities and turning strategy into results.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Experience in channel, partner, distribution, indirect sales or business development management.
n
Strong knowledge of the electrical, automation, power distribution or industrial sectors.
n
A proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable business growth.
n
Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
n
The confidence to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels, both internally and externally.
n
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
n
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
