We're after a Recruitment Specialist to join our Brisbane team and is ready to hit the ground running. Someone who's not afraid to get on the phone, meet candidates face-to-face, and make things happen.
n You'll be part of a high-energy, supportive team that knows how to have a laugh, celebrate wins, and keep the momentum rolling.

Key Responsibilities:
n

End-to-end recruitment for our NSW Teams
n
n
n
Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
n
Advertise on various platforms ( ie. Seek, indeed, LinkedIn and company website)
n
Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
n
Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
n
Complete full onboarding - Book Medicals, Book inductions, Collate Documents, Order uniforms etc.
n
Prepare and manage employment offers & on-boarding process
n
Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as required
n
n
What you need?
n
n
Experience in Blue Collar recruitment - Preferable but not a Must
n
Full Australian Working Rights
n




Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
n
Robust communication skills both written and verbal
n
