Room Leader / Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) - Central Coast

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) / Room Leader to lead our Pre-School room in a full-time, permanent position within a warm, welcoming and community-focused early learning service on the Central Coast.
n

About the Role
n
n
Lead the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
n
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating workplace for children.
n
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
Lead and mentor educators within your room.
n
Support the ongoing development and learning of children in line with the EYLF.
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF and centre policies.
n
Contribute positively to the centre's inclusive, collaborative and supportive culture.
n
Work closely with the wider team to provide high-quality outcomes for children and families.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful,



you will have:
n
n
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
n
Previous experience as an ECT, Room Leader or in a similar leadership position.
n
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
n
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
n
Current Working with Children Check.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
