Front Desk Agent – Motel | Brisbane | ***** Hours Per Week

We're looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our Brisbane motel team.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, is confident working independently, and can handle a busy front desk while providing excellent guest service.
n
Previous motel, hotel or front desk experience is essential.
n
About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the motel, including:
n
n
Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
n
Managing check-ins, check-outs and reservations
n
Handling guest enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
n
Managing bookings, payments and general front office administration
n
Resolving guest issues confidently and professionally
n
Working independently and keeping the front desk running smoothly during busy periods
n
Assisting with general motel operations as required
n
Able to work alone without being micro managed
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Experienced in hotel/motel reception or front office operations
n
Friendly, positive and genuinely enjoys dealing with guests
n
Reliable,



organised and able to work with minimal supervision
n
Confident making decisions and solving problems
n
Calm and professional during busy periods
n
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
n
Computer confident, ideally with experience using RMS or similar property management/booking systems
n
Flexible with availability, including some weekends and evenings
n
Willing and able to travel occasionally between our motel properties in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth when required
n
n
Hours & Opportunity
n
Location: Brisbane
n Hours: Approximately ***** hours per week
n Employment: Full time or part-time opportunities available
n Shifts: Flexible roster, including weekends and evenings
n
For the right person, there may also be opportunities to gain experience across our motel properties in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
n
Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate after successfully completing a 6-month probation period, subject to eligibility and business requirements.
