We are currently seekingreliable and
compassionatedisability
support workersto provide supportand assistance toa 26-year old female with a traumatic brain injury, this care will helpherlive independently in her home. Applicants must be interested in fitness and bewilling to walk with her a distance of 3 kms daily, prefers support workersaged26 to 40 years old.

Duties include but not limited too
n
n
Community access for appointments and social outings
n
Support fitness program (regularly attends the gym)
n
Assistance with Allied health tasks
n
Domestic assistance

Cooking meals

Documentation and reporting

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

Monday to Friday9am to 4pm
n

Requirements:

Applicants must be willing to providetransport to and frommedical appointments and social activitiesin their own vechicle.

Have a positive fitness level
n
Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
n
Current references
n
Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
n
First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
n
Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)
n
Certificate III (Ageing orDisability) or equivalent (mandatory)
n
