About The Kuttabul Health Centre
n
Located on HMAS Kuttabul in Potts Point where the area itself has been a naval base since ****. It is home to Fleet Support Unit South-East (FSU-SE) which conducts maintenance on ships and submarines. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation & underwater medical, outpatients, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy services. This mid-size base has up to 4,500 members and provides services for overseas visiting personnel. Standard operating hours are generally ********* Monday-Friday.

What You'll Do
n
n
Work Monday and Tuesday deliver high quality primary healthcare, including health assessments and vaccinations or monitor and manage patients in a low dependency ward setting
n
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionals
n
Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum one year Registered Nurse experience in acute care, primary health care or military setting
n
Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
n
Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
n
Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred care
n
Ability to work a 24/7 roster
n
This role is primarily Monday to Friday (day shift) within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
