The Role
n
We are looking for Casual Early Childhood Educators with Cert 3 qualificationswho values partnering with families and is looking to join and help a passionate, capable and dedicated team. We want people who have a passion to provide our youngest generation with a rich education experience in a culturally safe space.
n
Working with the IAC we also encourage applications from newly graduated Early Childhoor Cert 3 educators.
n
You will have:
n
n
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent recognised qualification.
n
A current Working with Children Check.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain these where required.
n
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




n
A reliable, flexible and positive approach to work.
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
n
An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
n
