Downhole Recruitment is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in drilling through entry-level roles. You will assist the driller, perform manual handling of equipment and samples, and help keep the rig area clean and protected while learning on the job.

Roles are FIFO with rosters such as 2/1 or 4/2, weekly pay, and robust early earnings. Nationally recognised Cert II/III in Drilling Operations supports your progression from offsider to driller.
