Services Sales Representativeto join our team.

This is a phone-based client engagement role focused on generating and qualifying leads, re-engaging existing and prospective clients, and connecting suitable opportunities with our Advisors and Portfolio Manager.
n
We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone and understands financial services.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
n
Re-engage clients and prospects within our existing database
n
Generate and qualify new leads
n
Identify client interest and potential opportunities
n
Connect qualified opportunities with our Advisors and Portfolio Manager
n
Follow up previous enquiries, leads and client conversations
n
Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups and client information in our CRM
n
Work closely with our Asset Management team.
n
Meet agreed call, engagement and lead-generation targets
n
About You
n
Minimum 3 years' experience within financial services is essential
n
Previous experience in client engagement, lead generation, telemarketing or a similar phone-based role
n




Experience may include banking, wealth management, stockbroking, investment management, financial advice, capital markets, lending or other relevant areas within the broader financial services industry
n
Strong understanding of the financial services setting
n
Confident and qualified phone manner
n
Comfortable speaking with investors and prospective clients
n
Strong follow-up and organisational skills
n
Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven
n
Important: This is not a financial advice role. The successful candidate will focus on client engagement, lead qualification and facilitating introductions to the appropriate Advisor or Portfolio Manager.
