Executive Manager - Culture Change & Leadership Experience

We are partnering with a leading, complex organisation to identify an experienced Executive Manager to play a pivotal role in embedding culture, values and leadership behaviours across the enterprise.
n This is a high-impact opportunity for a culture, organisational development or behaviour change leader who can translate strategic culture ambitions into practical, measurable and sustainable changes in everyday behaviours, leadership routines and business practices.
n
Reporting to the global Head of, you will lead the end-to-end Culture Embedment stream, working closely with senior stakeholders and partnering across Communications, Change, People & Culture and broader enterprise functions. We are looking for a senior culture and behaviour change professional with a strong track record of operating at enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Design & Embedment
n
n
Lead the end-to-end culture embedment strategy, roadmap and delivery.
n
Design and implement enterprise-wide initiatives that drive awareness, belief and behavioural change.
n
Translate culture strategy into practical, scalable and measurable interventions.
n
Provide trusted SME advice to senior leaders on embedding values and behaviours into business practices and leadership routines.
n
n
Employee Lifecycle & Business Integration
n
n
Embed culture and values across key people processes including performance, recruitment, onboarding and learning.
n
Develop frameworks,



tools and guidance that reinforce expected behaviours and cultural standards.
n
Integrate culture into broader enterprise policies, frameworks, risk practices, scorecards and business mechanisms.
n
n
Enterprise Engagement & Behaviour Change
n
n
Lead enterprise-wide campaigns, experiences and initiatives that reinforce culture and behaviours.
n
Use data, insights and audience feedback to continuously refine approaches.
n
Partner with Communications and Change teams to create an integrated narrative and embedment plan.
n
Leverage culture champions and change networks to scale impact across the organisation.
n
n
Delivery & Leadership
n
n
Lead planning, sequencing and delivery across a complex portfolio of culture initiatives.
n
Prioritise activity based on organisational capacity, change load, stakeholder readiness and expected impact.
n
Manage risks, dependencies and interdependencies across multiple enterprise teams.
n
Lead, coach and enable others to deliver high-quality culture outcomes.
n
n
Insights & Continuous Improvement
n
n
Establish measures of success and use data, feedback and behavioural insights to assess adoption and impact.
n




Identify opportunities to continuously improve culture embedding strategies and interventions.
n
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
Significant experience across organisational culture, organisational development or behaviour change, from design through to scaled execution.
n
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
n
Proven experience embedding culture and behaviours into business processes and organisational practices.
n
Strong program management and delivery leadership experience within complex environments.
n
Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement and consulting capability.
n
The ability to translate strategy into practical initiatives that deliver measurable behavioural and organisational outcomes.
n
Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated environment is highly desirable.
n
Understanding of risk culture and non-financial risk will be advantageous.
n
Qualifications in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Behaviour Change, Organisational Design or Change Management are desirable.
n
