About the Opportunity

A well-established residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Supervisorto oversee the delivery of a lifestyle village. This is a long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects in the region.

The Project
n

Lifestyle village comprising of low-set detached homes
n
Consistent build type across all dwellings (streamlined delivery)
n
Construction released in phases
n
Approx. 3-year project duration, with another development scheduled to commence locally upon completion
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise day-to-day site operations across staged builds
n
Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
n
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
n




Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
n
Ability to manage multiple builds concurrently in staged delivery
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
QBCC licence not
essential(experience
valued over licensing for this role)
n
n
