Outstanding Salary of $125,000 – $130,000 + super + salary packaging (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide strong, hands‐on clinical leadership across the home
n
Support the Facility Manager with clinical governance and accountability
n
Ensure care plans, assessments,



and documentation are compliant, accurate, and meaningful
n
Lead and manage SIRS processes and incident response
n
Prepare for and support accreditation and audit activities
n
Coach, mentor, and hold clinical and care staff accountable for performance
n
Drive a positive, safe, and high‐performing clinical culture
n
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
n

About You
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Strong experience within residential aged care
n
Demonstrated knowledge of:
n
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams
n
Experience managing audits, compliance, and clinical documentation
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
n
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach to risk and quality management
n
Ability to remain calm, confident, and effective under pressure
n
