Job Description
Working within the reservations and property management team, you will be responsible for helping guests find the perfect holiday accommodation while ensuring every interaction reflects the high level of service the business is known for.

Key responsibilities
n
Managing reservations and guest enquiries across Airbnb, Booking.com and other booking platforms
n
Responding to guests promptly, professionally and with a personalised approach
n
Assisting guests with accommodation, local experiences, tours and travel enquiries
n
Maximising booking opportunities through thoughtful sales and upselling
n
Coordinating with cleaners, maintenance contractors, property owners and the wider team
n
Conducting property inspections and ensuring homes are presented to high standards
n
Assisting with guest arrivals, departures and general holiday property operations
n
Supporting the team with property listings, marketing and social media content when required
n
Helping ensure guests receive an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to their departure
n
About you
n
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
n
Strong eye for detail and takes pride in presentation
n




Confident using technology and learning new systems quickly
n
Can work independently while also being a solid team player
n
Proactive, solution-focused approach
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
n
Genuine interest in the Whitsundays, tourism and luxury holiday accommodation
n
Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, tourism, sales, property management or administration (desirable but not essential)
n
Holds a current driver's licence — a work vehicle will be provided
n
The Hours
n
This is a part timeposition, with the opportunity for additional hours during peak periods.
n
Flexibility is important. Weekend and public holiday availability will be required, with increased hours required to support the team during busy periods including school holidays, Easter and Christmas
n
