We are seeking a passionate, driven and knowledgeable Centre Director, who has the experience and desire to lead, support and manage our team of Educators, and help with the day-to-day running of our amazing childcare centre!
n
About the role
n
Managing day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.
n
Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff.
n
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs by our passionate educators.
n
Effectively handling and managing the centre's staffing rosters and financial requirements in line with budget guidelines.
n
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.
n
Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team.
n
About you
n
Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
n




Previous experience as an Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
n
Current blue card, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications
n
Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
n
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.
n
Demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into daily operations.
n
