Our leading retail business is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our People & Culture.
n
Strategic Partnership:Work directly with the CEO and Directors to develop and implement our people strategy, aligning it with our overall business objectives.
n
Leadership & Management:Lead and manage the HR Function and team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
n
Lead employment relations functions across the business, including performance reviews, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and performance development
n
Manage recruitment, induction and onboarding processes for a permanent and casual workforce
n
Provide advice on HR legislative requirements
n




Manage HR administration, policies and procedures and salary reviews
n

n
Develop learning & development and company culture initiatives
n
Project Focus: Digitalise employment records with HR systems in new Tanda roll out
n
Min 5 years HR experience, ideally in a similar Fashion or Retail environment
n
Extensive expertise in the Fair Work Act and Retail Award legislation
n
Tertiary qualifications in HR
n
Ability to work onsite in Melbourne's inner east
n
People-oriented, with the ability to build rapport and coach individuals at all levels
n
