Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will advise leaders, oversee regional recruitment, and guide employee relations and change management to keep our business moving.

You will translate legislation into practical policies, support compensation processes, and contribute to Rimkus's culture of inclusion and growth across APAC.
