Are you a hands-on Supervisor with solid civil experience and a passion for getting the best out of your crew?
n Civwil Pty Ltd has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are looking to add an experienced Civil Supervisor to the team to help deliver a range of civil infrastructure and subdivision projects across Ipswich/Brisbane.
n
You'll work closely with both directors, who are still actively involved on site and understand the work from the ground up.
n
The Role You will be responsible for:
n
n
Supervising day-to-day civil construction activities across infrastructure and subdivision projects
n
Leading site crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
n
Managing site productivity, sequencing, materials and resources
n
Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and construction documentation
n
Strong understanding of
TMR/Utilities/traffic
management & local council standards
n
Working closely with the directors and engineers to achieve programme, quality and cost targets
n
Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
n
Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise




n
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
n
Maintain accurate site records and progress updates
n
n
What We're Looking for the successful candidate will have:
n
n
At least 5 years experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction
n
Strong experience across civil infrastructure, subdivisions, earthworks, roads, drainage and associated works
n
A strong understanding of construction methodologies and site sequencing
n
Ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively
n
Robust communication and organisational skills
n
A safety-first approach and commitment to quality
n
Relevant
tickets/qualifications
within civil construction are advantageous
n
