Job Description
Purple Patch Consulting is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers for casual shifts in Cairns and surrounding suburbs. You will help participants live with independence, dignity and choice, across a range of daily tasks in home and community settings.

Typical duties include domestic assistance, meal prep, personal care, transportation and social support. Roles are 2–3 days per week with consistent hours and supportive rostering. Availability for backfill shifts is a plus.
