Job Description
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative, organisational and operational support to ensure the CEO operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, acting as a central point of organisation across internal teams and external stakeholders. The PA plays a critical role in managing priorities, coordinating information flow, and ensuring tasks, meetings and key actions are executed on time. This position supports business-wide activities and contributes to improving efficiency, communication and execution across the organisation.

Key responsibilities
n
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring efficient time allocation.
n
Coordinate internal and external meetings including agendas and required documentation.
n
Prepare briefing notes, reports and meeting summaries as required.
n
Act as the first point of contact for communications directed to the CEO.
n
Track actions,
tasks and deadlines arising from meetings and communications.
n
Follow up with internal teams to ensure completion of tasks and deliverables.
n
Maintain visibility of key priorities and *escalate* delays or risks where required.
n
Manage email and correspondence on behalf of the CEO where required.
n
Draft emails, memos and communications in a clear and professional manner.
n
Prepare and maintain documents, reports and records.
