Join our team at Hartley Partners, Gregory Street, North Ward ****. We are seeking either an experienced Property Manager or a Property Manager Assistant who is willing to learn.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and their investments are well-maintained.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, tenant placements, and maintenance
n
Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management
n
Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns
n
Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports
n
Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, liaising with contractors as needed
n
Provide expert advice to landlords on maximising returns and maintaining property values
n
Support the wider team with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the business
n

What we're looking for
n

Some experience in a residential property management role
n
Knowledge of the local real estate market and legislation
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
n
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
n
Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools
n
A customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for the real estate industry
