Your current role
n
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key customer accounts and developing new business across Queensland.



This is a hybrid role suited to someone who can nurture long-term client relationships while actively hunting for new opportunities.

Your key responsibilities
n
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of QLD accounts.
n
Find and convert new business across Brisbane and regional QLD.
n
Research and qualify leads, follow up referrals, and cold call as required.
n
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions.
n
Work with internal teams on pricing, stock, and service delivery.
n
Maintain CRM records and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
n
What you'll bring to the table
n
Solid B2B sales experience in packaging, consumables, or related sectors.
n
Experience in flexible packaging is highly regarded, but not essential.
n
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
n
Self-starter with a professional approach and goal-oriented mindset.
n
Strong time management and territory planning skills.
