Production / Forklift Operator – Afternoon Shift $40/hr + Overtime | Early Friday Finish | Casual to Permanent Findmea is currently seeking an experienced Production / Forklift Operator to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing business based in Carbrook.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on production environment, has solid machine operating experience and holds a current forklift licence.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Operating and monitoring production machinery Feeding materials into production equipment Forklift operation and material movement Performing quality checks Manual handling and general production duties Following workplace health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area Working to production targets and quality standards About You We are looking for someone who has: Current LF forklift licence and practical forklift experience Previous machine operating experience , preferably within manufacturing or production Strong safety awareness Good communication skills A reliable and positive attitude Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks A strong work ethic and willingness to learn The ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous experience in manufacturing, building products, steel, plastics, concrete or other industrial production environments will be highly regarded.
