RESPONSIBILITIES + Own merchandise planning across retail and wholesale channels Develop sales, stock and intake plans aligned to business targets Analyse trading performance and provide actionable recommendations Manage forecasting, OTB and inventory to optimise availability and profitability Partner with Buying and Sales to support range and channel strategies Monitor stock flow, sell-through and key commercial KPIs Identify risks and opportunities and adjust plans accordingly Present clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders REQUIREMENTS + 4+ years' experience in Merchandise Planning Experience across both wholesale and retail highly regarded Strong commercial and analytical mindset Advanced Excel and strong planning systems experience Confident working with large data sets and translating insights into action Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised, proactive and commercially driven
