About the Role
n
This is a varied, hands‐on workshop role where no two days are the same. You'll assemble new equipment, diagnose and repair faults, and customise solutions to meet client needs.
n
If you enjoy practical work, problem‐solving, and building things, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Assemble, repair, and customise mobility and assistive equipment
n
Prepare equipment for client trials and demonstrations
n




Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
n
Modify and adjust equipment to suit individual client needs
n
Clean, sanitise, charge, and maintain returned equipment
n
Keep the workshop organised, safe, and well‐presented
n
Work closely with sales and operations teams
n
n
About You
n
This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical or hands‐on technical background who enjoys working with their hands. You'll bring:
n
n
Experience in assembly, mechanical repairs, or workshop environments (e.g. automotive, bikes, equipment, or similar)
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
n
Pride in producing high‐quality, reliable work
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Basic computer skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
