Côte is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Australia.
You'll work shoulder to shoulder with the Head Chef, leading a skilled brigade and helping deliver a menu rooted in French-inspired dishes, seasonality, and proven technique.
In this role you'll ensure a positive, secure kitchen environment, uphold quality and consistency, and support staff through busy service.
