Hybrid working is also available after six months Job Description This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate jobs from start to finish, working with customers, technicians, logistics and internal teams to make sure everything is organised, scheduled and delivered as expected.You'll coordinate the delivery of customer jobs from initial work order through to completion, including: Reviewing work orders and understanding what needs to be delivered Coordinating with customers and keeping them updated Scheduling technicians and managing their availability Preparing job briefs and ensuring technicians have what they need Working with the Logistics team to coordinate hardware and stock Tracking multiple jobs and making sure deadlines are met Following up on outstanding actions and resolving issues Coordinating changes or rescheduling when required Checking completed work and obtaining the required approvals Reconciling technician costs,



products and other job information Assisting with billing and invoicing Providing regular updates and reporting to the Implementation Manager There's a lot to keep track of, so being able to understand what needs to happen next and stay on top of the detail is key.
The Successful Applicant You're someone who enjoys being organised, keeping things moving and working out what needs to happen next.You'll be confident communicating with customers, technicians and internal teams, and comfortable managing several priorities at once.
You'll take ownership of your work, follow things through and be proactive when something doesn't go to plan.You don't need to have worked in Implementation before.
We'd be interested in candidates with backgrounds in customer service, administration, scheduling, logistics, field service, operations, project support or similar coordination roles.
Most importantly, you'll bring: Robust organisation and attention to detail A logical and structured approach to your work The ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach Confidence working independently and making decisions The ability to adapt when priorities change A genuine interest in developing your career Experience with work orders, billing, purchasing, Salesforce or technician coordination would be advantageous, but isn't essential as full training is provided.
