What you'll be doing

Owning the end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio
n
Selecting great tenants, managing leases, and running regular inspections
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted local tradespeople
n
Preparing owner statements, managing arrears, and minimising tribunal matters
n
Conducting market appraisals and recommending rental increases
n
Building landlord and tenant relationships that last
n
Keeping every file watertight under NSW tenancy legislation
n
Helping grow the rent roll and hit team targets
n

What you'll bring

Must-haves

Current NSW Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)
n
2+ years managing a residential portfolio
n
Tribunal and mediation experience
n
Sharp communication skills, written and verbal
n
A current driver's licence
n
An eye for detail and a love of positive systems

Experience in the Newcastle/Hunter Region

A track record of growing a rent roll and winning new business
