We're inviting Trainee, Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our team. Whether you're starting your career or bringing experience into a leadership-focused role, you'll play an important part in delivering high-quality care, strong supervision and meaningful learning experiences.

What you'll do

Support and model active supervision and safe daily routines
n
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
n
Contribute to programming, observations, reflections, and documentation
n
Support transitions, outdoor play, meals, rest, and personal care with dignity
n
Work collaboratively and uphold child-safe, professional practices
n

Mandatory requirements
n
n
Trainee: Enrolled in (or willing to enrol in) Certificate III
n
Certificate III / Diploma: Relevant qualification
n
Valid NSW WWCC (or willingness to apply)
n
First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (or willingness to obtain)
n
Strong commitment to child-safe practice and confidentiality
n
n
