Key Responsibilities
n
n
Process daily distribution centre orders using EDI and MYOB Acumatica
n
Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, including reconciliations and invoicing
n
Coordinate delivery schedules, transport bookings, and pallet labelling
n
Maintain accurate records and manage shared inbox communications
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in accounts or office administration
n
Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing environments (highly regarded)
n
Experience with MYOB Acumatica and/or EDI systems (desirable)
n
High attention to detail with the ability to meet daily deadlines
n
Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication
n
