We're looking for a Senior Civil Project Engineer to take technical ownership of civil construction projects across Rockhampton, Yeppoon and the wider Capricorn Coast. This is a senior role for someone ready to lead design outcomes, mentor junior engineers, and be the technical backbone of a growing project pipeline.

What you'll be doing:

Leading design and technical review of civil works – roads, drainage, subdivisions, and water / sewer infrastructure
n
Overseeing technical drawings, specifications, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects
n
Acting as the key technical point of contact for council, contractors, and client stakeholders
n
Mentoring and providing technical direction to junior engineers and site teams
n
Driving project scoping, quoting, and delivery strategy at a senior level
n

What we're looking for:

Degree in Civil Engineering with substantial postgraduate experience
n
Robust command of civil design software (Trimble Business Centre, AutoCAD, BlueBeam)
n
Proven track record leading design outcomes on civil infrastructure projects
n
Confident, clear communicator who can lead technically without needing to be managed
n
$180,000-$200,000 package, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role
n
