Job Title Location Commercial Lawyer (4+ PQE) | Perth, WA Introduction An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded lawyer with 4+ years' post-admission experience to join a specialist practice working across mining, energy, renewables and native title matters.
This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of major projects, with a strong focus on transactional, project development and commercial work.
About the Firm Our client is a growing specialist practice advising clients across the resources, energy, infrastructure, heritage and native title sectors.
The Role Advise on project development, commercial contracting and transactional matters across mining, energy, renewables and infrastructure projects.
Support clients on native title, heritage, mining tenure, regulatory approvals and land access matters throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage files autonomously while delivering practical, commercially focused advice and building robust client relationships.
About You You will ideally have 4+ years' PAE and experience in native title, heritage, mining and resources law,



including exposure to Warden's Court matters and land access issues.
You will bring strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills, together with the ability to manage matters independently and prioritise competing deadlines.
You will have a commercial mindset, enjoy client-facing work and be motivated to further develop your expertise in project development and transactional matters.
