Retaining Wall Labourer | Coomera | $*****/hr + Penalties & Allowances Immediate Start | Ongoing Work | Civil Construction. 701 Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Retaining Wall Labourer to join an established earthmoving crew working across civil and subdivision projects.
n
About the Role You'll be working alongside an excavator operator, assisting with the installation of concrete sleeper retaining walls. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who knows how retaining wall sleepers are positioned, guided and installed.
n
Key duties include:
n
n
Assisting the operator with retaining wall installation
n
Guiding and lowering concrete sleepers into position
n
Helping with site setup and preparation
n
Assisting with positioning and alignment of sleepers
n
General civil labouring duties as required
n
n
Important: There is no concreting involved. Concrete sleepers are the material being installed - your main role is assisting the operator with setup, guiding and positioning.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience with concrete sleeper retaining walls
n
Timber retaining wall experience will also be considered
n
Civil
construction/labouring
experience
n
Comfortable working around excavators and heavy machinery
n
Positive understanding of site safety
n
White Card
n
Reliable and physically fit
n
n
