About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our school bus, route service, and charter operations.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role acts as the operational 2IC, providing leadership to the Operations Coordination team while ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.

Duties Lead and support the Operations Coordination team, providing daily direction, mentoring, and escalation support.




Oversee the scheduling and deployment of drivers and vehicles across school bus, route, and charter services.
Monitor daily operations and proactively manage service disruptions to maintain reliable service delivery.
Coordinate with Workshop and operational teams to maximise fleet availability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with fatigue management, safety requirements, contractual obligations, and transport regulations.
Support incident management, after-hours operational coverage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
