About the role
n
As an Electrical Sales Consultant, you'll help our customers find the right products for their homes while delivering the friendly, knowledgeable service we're known for.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting customers with electrical and home appliance purchases
n
Providing product information and recommendations
n
Delivering excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to sale
n
Working towards individual and store sales targets
n




Maintaining product displays and presentation of the showroom
n
Keeping up to date with products, promotions and new technology
n
Processing sales and assisting with general retail duties
n
Working as part of the wider Biloela Betta team
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with customers
n
Motivated and enthusiastic about sales
n
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
n
Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
n
Willing to learn about electrical appliances and technology
n
Comfortable working towards sales targets
n

Well presented with valuable communication skills
n
n
Previous retail, sales or electrical appliance experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
n
